Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or stock availability issues.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified.
Shipping
We ship orders within Australia using standard postal services.

Creative Cling is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve the matter.
